DELIVERIES
We offer shipping and delivery services to bring our products right to your doorstep. Here are some important details about our shipping policy:
Shipping and Delivery Times:
Our fast and secure delivery service is available across the whole of the mainland UK. We offer a book in delivery service which takes 2-5 working days to arrive.
Unless the customer has stated a preferred delivery date orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours and delivered 2-5 days. If you are unable to accept deliver and require a delay after it has been despatched the local depot my charge for storage over 7 days.
We strongly advise that you do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked.
Delivery Methods and Considerations:
Deliveries are typically made using a small wagon i.e. 7.5 Tonne Truck or big wagon 18 Tonne Tail Lift HGV. Your products will be delivered to the kerbside, which is the edge of your property nearest to the road.
Please note that certain obstacles such as sloped or gravel driveways may require the delivery to be made to an alternative location.
Access restrictions, such as narrow roads or specific regulations, may also affect the delivery process. If your property has restricted access, kindly inform us when placing your order.
In cases where a second delivery attempt is necessary using a smaller vehicle due to undisclosed access restrictions, a redelivery charge will be applied and payable by the buyer.
Parcel Deliver For Small Order
For orders weighing less than 20kg, we will use a parcel courier for delivery.
SAMPLES
When you order tile cut samples, you will receive a small piece of the tile, either measuring 10cmx10cm or 15cmx15cm. These samples are designed to give you an idea of what the full tile looks like. We offer a maximum of 3 different tile samples for free. All samples are delivered by a postal service. For more information on our sample service click here.
RETURN
We hope you will love your new tiles. However, we understand from time-to-time that there may be a reason to return a product or you may have a delivery issue. Delivery of incorrect products must be notified via email within 48 working hours of receipt. Please include photographic evidence. Full box returns accepted within 28 days.

Refunding payment
Any refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

We only accept full boxes of tiles for refund if sold by the box.

Items needs to be carefully packaged when returned to us as damage of these fragile items can happen in transit and will not be the responsibility of TileFlex.co.uk.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a return to TileFlex.co.uk via their own preferred delivery method.

Returns can take up to 10 working days to process through our warehouse.
